Super Hero Contest Winners!

by Crazy Ivan

So first let me offer a huge thanks to everyone who participated.  We're always looking for ways to keep our giveaways fresh and new.  I'm guessing by the response to this one that by and large, our online community approves.

There were several good submissions and to keep things fair I took myself out of the equation when it came time to pick a winner.  I learned all the moves that were submitted (and for those that were keeping track, several of the entries were submitted via private videos so that's more work than you might think) and showed them to Monk, Mav and Animal last night.

I let them decide which move deserved the win without telling them who came up with what so that there couldn't be any kind of favoritism or anything.  That being said, the winners turned out to be the two that I would have voted for as well.

So I now present to you the winners (and the tricks):

For the Thor, the prize goes to our long time friend and You Tube maestro, Dragon, for this submission:

(If you couldn't really see what was going on there, you get a slightly better  view in this video, though the explanation is better in the other one)

We got a few more entries for Captain America so the competition was a bit stiffer, but in the end the winning move was unanimous.  Thanks to Shadow Myach (aka Turian Shadow) for this submission:

And a huge thanks for the detailed explanation that goes with it.

Both were awesome tricks and there were several others that were awesome as well.  I'm sure many of the tricks that were submitted will survive the test of time even if they don't end up being called Thor or Captain America.

Thanks to all for the creativity and effort.  This was definitely a really fun contest and hopefully we can do something similar again in the future.

For our winners, Dragon you've got an Eco-Green coming to you, Shadow, I owe you an Eco-Yellow.  Email or pm me on the forum for details.  I can have the prizes mailed or you can collect them at the HQ, at Toys R Us Time Square or at the Myachigon.

And to everyone else who participated, thanks for your submission and don't forget to design a Myachi for the Design a Myachi contest as well!
